We will be responsible for all personal data collected.  All personal data collected will be used and processed fairly and lawfully while in our possession or custody.  We ensure all customers that we would be accountable for our organisation's compliance to our privacy policy.

Collection & Retention of Personal Data

Only personal data that is necessary for business purposes is collected from customers.  If you visit our website and request for information both via email or telephone, we use your information to respond to you.  When you place an order we use information submitted to process your order.  Both the amount and the type of date collected shall be limited to that which is necessary to fulfill the purposes identified.  Information like your name, address, telephone number and email address and sales invoices are kept as references when needed such as in the case of product returns or exchanges.   Other than what is needed to support our customer history files, we do not keep personal data for longer than is necessary.  We have developed guidelines and implemented procedures to govern the destruction of personal data that are no longer required.
